- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of festival and religious products, the following are not eligible for return:
- Opened incense products
- Customized products
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the item
- Photos of packaging
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
